We write to researchers and clinicians whose published work or whose institution's public pages indicate that their laboratory ships biological material under liquid nitrogen or dry ice. Crìa Technologies makes passive containers for exactly that step, and we contact people for whom the equipment is directly relevant to work they have published.
Name, institutional email address, job title, institution, and a reference to the publication or facility page through which we identified you.
Public sources only: PubMed, OpenAlex, and your institution's own website. We do not buy contact lists and we do not use data obtained from third-party brokers.
Legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: informing a professional audience about equipment directly relevant to work they have published. We contact you at most three times, at intervals of four weeks, and then stop whether or not you reply.
Twelve months from first contact, or until you ask us to stop, whichever comes first.
Reply STOP to any message we send, or write to privacy@cria-tech.com. We delete the record within seven days and you will not hear from us again.
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and you can object to processing at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
